When will my twins look identical?

My twins were born 3/20/2009 there was a little over a pound difference in their birth weight but not so much now. We were told they are identical but they still look very different to me. Will this change in time?

I have twin girls that we are not for sure if they are identical or not. But I have identical aunt's and to me I can look right at them and know who they are. They are 40 years old now, so they talk. I know them by their voices and they have TOTALLY differnet laughs. They are your kids and you may never think they look them same. But to people they can't tell the differnce.

hey there i have twin boys and they are 17 months old and i still think they look nothing alike, but everybody says im crazy and when i look at photos now from when they were babies i have no idea who is who, we started a rule that riley would always be on the right in future photo's!!! our boys had TTTS so its certain they are identical but i still seriously think they look alike.

I agree with the other comment...you might want to have a test done to make sure they ARE identical...if you are curious.

We have identical twin girls and they ARE Identical they only difference is one is bigger than they other. otherwise they look like mirror images of each other.

Hi there.
First you want to make sure that whoever told you that your twins are identical was correct. A DNA test can confirm their diagnosis. They can cost as little as $100.
And as for looking identical, sometimes they can and sometimes they don't. My boys (born 06-06-2008) are identical but everyone is able to tell them apart. They both have blond hair & blue eyes, but their face shape is different enough to tell them apart.
