I am breastfeeding\pumping milk and formula feeding my babies - should I be supplementing with vitamin D drops for the twins?

vit D

Do a quick google search of how a lack of vit D affect the body. It is now recommended that babies who are exclusively breastfed get a supplement. Hope this helps x

VIT D
by: Erin

My pedi told me that vitamin D supplements for babies who are exclusively breastfed is now recommended by, um, someone. I don't remember who, though. I haven't started them, but I think I will do it.

Vit D
by: Kristin

I exclusively breast fed my girls and it was recommended by our pedi to put a liquid Vit D supplement, 1 drop, on each nipple when feeding my girls, 1x a time. I would check with your pediatrician because formula has vit d so you may not need to supplement
