No when I went in a week later, the other thing was gone and I deliver one healthy daughter 6 months ago tomorrow :)

To late to see a large yolk sac?

You wouldn't still see the yolk sac at 7wks 4 days would you?? I have an u/s pic that looks almost identical that from about 7 wks and just miscarried. My OB thinks that I miscarried the "blob" portion like the bottom one in your photo. Just sayin'

By the way, did you ever miscarry that one that had no heartbeat?

It looks like a yolk sac. For the age of the fetus, the yolk sac should not grow any larger. Go in for a follow-up ultrasound in three or four weeks.

not twins. at 7 weeks, there would be two heartbeats if it was twins.

Probably not. It is likely the yolk sac for the baby. Most people have twins in separate sacs. In theory it could be identical twins in the same sac, but you would expect to find two heartbeats. Congratulations either way!
