Two year old fraternal twins - having a routine is a must.

I am a mother of two beautiful fraternal twin girls who have just turned two. Managing them with a full time job is indeed very demanding. We made rules for setting a routine for them and it has worked really well. For example, they have a scheduled nap time in the afternoon after having some lunch. But they will keep playing or running in the house until they are asked to get on their bed and sleep. The curtains down, room darkened and they know, they have to sleep. And they do. This gives people at home, the desired break and rest and time to do other things. And meal times are also fixed. Nibble they may at finger foods, but meals are fixed - breakfast, lunch and supper. Milk feeds are also fixed.

Raising twins is certainly not easy but setting rules and routine helps to enjoy the double fun they are - especially at this age...
