twins ultrasound? IS It ONE OR TWO?

not sure if this is two heads......
Hi everyone! My name is PJ and I am 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant. this picture was taken during my first ultrasound at 14 weeks. The tech who did the u/s was very quick and did not even let my hubby and I see the screen to see the heart beat. I have had several doctors and nurses (even some who have had twins) tell me I better get ready for twins but the tech says it is just one. I am very confused.
