Its my seventh week of pregnancy going on and I found out that am having two sacs by ultrasound,but one of my sac is smaller than the other one,so please tel me how can I find that am carrying twins?

The ultrasound technician should have been able to see and tell you whether or not their were two heartbeats. A size difference does not necessarily mean there are not twins - if there are 2 sacs there may be two embryos - you'll need another scan to determine for sure - good luck!
