My question is if you are pregnant with twins is it always necessary to have a C-section
or can they be delivered as a normal birth ?

I had my twins natural. There was a chance that I was going to have to have 1 natural and 1 c section, but I had an amazing doctor. Both my boys were head down for months so that was why we chose natural.
