Am 29weeks pregnant with twins, my doctor told me the children are small then the weeks am in now, what can I do to improve on their weight.
Is there any special food I need to eat?

Take your vitamins and iron pills!!! EVERYDAY!!!! Try to rest and eat normal! I ate normal, I could tell you I gained about 15 pounds in total with my babies because I lost 10 at first so I gained those 10 back and a extra 15. My babies came weighing in at 7 lbs and 12 oz EACH!!! Its a natural thing I guess.

Smaller babies

Rest, Eat, Rest, Eat and lots of fluids all day everyday! I was on modified bed rest from 26-38 weeks and did nothing but rest and eat and both babies ended up weighig 6 lbs 2 ozs. Now is the time to really take care of yourself for the sake of your babies. Good Luck!

Lay on your left side and get TONS of protein!!! That means even those Ensure and Boost drinks. Also, eat every two hours so the babies are continously getting nourishment :)
