twin belly picture at 7 Weeks Postpartum

I had twin boys prematurely at 30 weeks via C section. I'm happy that I have two healthy babies, but the change in my body is definitely something I have to come to terms with. I Miss my prior, flat and stretch mark-less tummy!
I remind myself, though, that my flame-like stretchmarks are a badge of honor. Not everybody gets to have twins!

Wow NEW
by: Kayla

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with twin girls, both in the same amniotic sac (very rare and risky). I've been freaking out over my stretch marks but mine aren't so bad I suppose. I've been having a ton of contractions, i'm 1cm dilated, and I also passed my mucus plug last night, so it may be pretty soon! Both my girls are a little over 4lbs at the moment.

try dry brush and rub oil they fade NEW
by: young mama of twins

They will go away I recently delivered boy girl twins at 31 weeks via c section and I thought the stretch marks would be forever but they fade daily. I use a dry brush before I shower and rub oil after I am done. or if I do not get a chance to shower I rub it with oil before bed (twins come first lol) I still have not lost the pooch but I am working on it, my tummy almost looks like a normal one again. Peace

You are a soldier
by: Anonymous

I am proud of every strech mark in my breast and belly. I am 8 months pregnant and I went to a lot of changes, gained a lot of weight and got acne, migraine, oily skin and ciatica pain. But having those babies healthy will make you feel pretty again you will see. The redness will desapear, perhaps some laser treatment will help the apperance of it after they are not red in a few more months. Just like a soldier feels proud of his wounds, we mothers are proud of ours because the price was worth it. My mom had 5 of us and she loves her body just the way it is and you should too. You look great, your belly looks pretty flat to me and as I said, the strech marks will fade and you can wear a tankini ultil that happends. We all are going to age, beauty is not perfection. I wish I was pregnant with two, so I don't have to deal with more pregnancies because this one has being really hard for me. I am willing to take it two more times because I want 3 kids :). God bless you!

No worries

Those stretchmarks will lighten up if you havent found that out already. I had 1 baby and mine were wider and WAY darker, and that was only with ONE baby, I keep telling myself that those women who have babies and get no stretch marks or anything arent real women..

Thanks for posting

It's nice to see a realistic picture post twins, this is the norm! I'm preggo now with twins, and I know I will get stretch marks. My mom had them and I got them during puberty, and I'm not a big person...so it's a matter of time. But the good news is they get much lighter. You look great and look at what your body did, made two little people!
