toxemia, hellp syndrome and twin pregnancy questions

I'm a 35 year old and I had twins at age 17 but one died at 9 months and I was thinking it was from me having toxemia. now I'm suppose to have twins on sept.19 and at first I had toxemia and I went to doctor's on last monday and they told me I have something called the hellp syndrome.I am really scared that I might lose one of these twin babies. My daughter is now 17 and she is going through a lot sometimes cause she thinks I won't succeed cause of my situation.Is it possible you could help me get out of this fear as well as give me more understanding.thank you tamara
