Jan 17, 2010 Rating Hard to tell by: Jennie It sometimes takes awhile to see a dividing line between the two sacs, so you could still have two sacs. If there are two sacs and two placentas, they can still be identical, depending on when the egg split. Mine are in their own sac and have their own placenta, so we have to wait and see! Good Luck!
