Surfers belly after twins (2 years 4 months)

belly 2 years after twin pregnancy

belly 2 years after twin pregnancy

Hi
Pretty happy with final outcome, permanent outie belly button, used to be an innie, used to have a flat 6 pack, now content with my belly. Had lots of stretch marks that faded to thin silver lines, can't barely see them. Was very fit before the twins, difficult pregnancy, the most uncomfortable time of my life. Love them to bits though, definitely worth it. Pretty stoked. Now pregnant with number 3, one baby, belly has popped out very quickly. xx

Surfing mum NEW
by: Suffer mum

Started surfing again after 2 months? Can't remember but still loving it. Single pregnancy afterwards was a breeze. Definitely worth going for number three, it's a lovely experience. A lot easier.

You look good, but you should really cover your kids private areas up. There are too many prevs out in the world. At least blot them out!=-)

When I started surfing again
by: Melissa

I started surfing again when the twins were around 2 months old. The main thing that stopped me from doing it earlier was the breast feeding routine, the reflux and colic... fun times. Just get out there, they will be fine. xx

You found time to surf??
by: Helen

OK, I was poking around because I'm pretty interested in the possible belly outcome. (I'm 34 weeks preg with my boys, so still have time to think about these things). I was really inspired by your picture, and even more inspired to see that you've had time to surf.
When did you get back into surfing after your twins?? I've really missed it the last few months and have been wondering how I'll have time to get in the water afterwards.

Seeing your picture with your beautiful children give me hope that I can too look good again! I don't know what the final outcome of this twin pregnancy will be but I was always fit and had great abs before I became pregnant so I am hoping this will help me to go back to normal, or somewhat normal. If I could look like you Id be so happy!

Routine and Diet
by: Meissa

Just breastfeeding and walking. Eating good food but also yummy chocolate. I was very fit prior to the pregnancy, I think this helped. I had to carry the twins around a lot with their reflux. Lots and lots of walking in the push chair to get them to sleep and of course surfing. xxx

good job!!
by: Anonymous

I am 3 years after having twins-gorgeous, healthy boy and girl. Although I feel so blessed to have them (and would never trade them for my old body), it has been a severe blow to my self esteem dealing with the twin skin, which isn't going away. After having the initial consultation with a plastic surgeon, even she recommended to reconsider, deeming my damage not worth such an expensive and dangerous surgery. You give me hope that with diet and exercise I can get to the point where I can live with it. Thanks for the inspiration!!
