If I knew where to start, I'd love to design one myself. I'd want the two seats to move independently of each other so that if one child is sleepy they could lie down and other remain sitting. I'd want it to be lightweight and well balanced for those times when one child is throwing a fit because they don't wish to be strapped in! Bottle and cup holders are a must - a compartment for snacks would be great too. Roomy baskets underneath for a little shopping or blankets and jackets for chilly weather. A good solid braking system as well so you could park without worry of it rolling away!
