Stretch mark question with twin belly picture...

Picture is kind of blurry, but im 38 weeks with twins right now and so far i have no stretch marks on my belly (i have a couple really small ones on my hips), im not extremely big either a lot of people say i look like im just having one baby...ive felt lucky so far... but i was just wondering if the stretch marks could possibly show up after my belly goes down? Has anyone had this happen? Or did you just keep the ones you got.. or not get any at all?

HELP PLEASE!!

I had HUGE TWINS 8 lbs & 7 12ozs 12 YEARS AGO! T hen I had a daughter 7 years ago weighing 10lbs,6 ozs!I STILL have a HUGE TUMMY,being 5'4 & 154 lbs age 36! My b/f is DISGUSTED! He's NEVER been a father-btw.I am ALSO bipolar & take meds for depression,etc.But they seem to cause weight gain! HELP! What should I do? I don't wan't to be this way for the rest of MY LIFE!

No stretch marks

I went 37 weeks and had very big babies - 6lb 10oz and 6lb 13oz and NO stretch marks!!! I used sugar scrubs 2x a week and oiled up like crazy daily :) You look fantastic..oh and no "twin skin". I was back in my prepreg pants 6 weeks later :)

I went 39 weeks and got a huge belly but no stretch marks. It's been 3 weeks since the twins came and still no signs of any, I think I'm good and you probably are too. It really is a genetic thing, neither my mom or sister got them but I thought with twins I was for sure, but nope nothing. So nice and so lucky! Good luck!!

I carried my twins to 36 weeks and did not get any. They were both just over 6 lbs each and I did not look like I was carrying 2. They are 5 weeks and my stomach is almost back to what it looked like before and no stretch marks.

I carried my twins to 38 wks and didn't end up with any stretch marks at all. I think it's just genetics.

I carried my twins 37 1/2 weeks and they were almost 7lb each. I escaped without any stretch marks!!! It is possible :)

You probably will escape with no stretch marks. I didn`t have any during the pregnancy and now, 4 months later, I still don't. We're the lucky ones :)

Hello, I too have no stretch marks and was wondering the same thing. My girlfriend who had twins said she was fine until week 34 and then they came from everywhere ...so when I heard this I kept up my cream on my belly but increased application to twice a day, not just once :-). I'm using Cocobutter in the mornings and then Emu Oil cream at night. So far, so good. Only 11 days to go until I have to have a c-section. I've only put on 18kg so far so I'm hoping I'm one of the lucky one's too that will escape the stretchmark!! All the best.

You are very lucky to look so good. I looked pretty good if I can say so myself. I was ALL baby. Baby "B" had more fluid in his sac so I was a little bit lopsided and bigger on one side. I did't start showing stretch marks until about 27-28 weeks. And they were really small ones. I delivered at 37. Fraternal boys!! They are now 4 months and I do have some markings still on my belly and still some twin skin, that I am desperatly trying to get rid of. I think it depends on how you carry and how much weight you packed on during pregnancy. I gained over 50lbs. Lost 30 in the first 6 weeks though.

I also escaped my twin pregnancy without any bad stretch marks or twin skin. It wasn't until after my twins were born that I noticed some very faint white stretch marks on the underside of my belly which I couldn't see while pregnant. I can't see them at all anymore. If you don't have them now, you won't get them after they are born. You look fantastic!
