Separate twins in School?

Hi

I am a mother of totally different twin girls , they are 2 years 8months and they will join kindergarden next september 09 and I choose to put them in different classes because they always fight and I don't want to put them through comparison since they have different capabilities, and I really want them to build their characters each by her own.

Please advice if I am right or wrong and why.

I think it is definitely your choice. You know your children best.
I do know that at the school I work at there are identical twins whom the mom wanted in the same class, and it proves quite difficult for the teacher when speaking to the girls. They are very difficult to tell apart.
I have heard of many twin parents having the children in the same class for the first two years, and then separating once they are comfortable in the new school setting.

Do you mean PreSchool?
