Premature twin babies - how to improve their weights?

First of all I will thank you for this service. By the way my wife just delivered 2 days ago with all girls twins. Unfortunately she delivered earlier than her due date and the twin babies are so small and under weight.One of the babies who is baby A is bigger in size than baby B and again baby B is all the time crying and am beginning to be worried with all this crying. My question is whether all this is normal and also what should we do to improve their weight (baby A weight 1.4 and baby B weight 1.2 at birth)?
