Pregnant with twins and feeling major pressure down south

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with twins, and I just feel like even walking is a challenge! I kinda feel like the babies are gonna fall right out! I'm sure this is normal but will it calm down or just get worse?

You do feel lots of pressure down there because it's two babies you're carrying. I used to always complain about this, so I believe it is normal!! I made it all the way till 39 weeks, was induced and my babies were each 7 pounds and 12 ounces. My babies were full term and healthy! I had a boy & a girl..You should always ask your doctor any questions you have or report any new symptoms to the doctor since we're such at high risks for pregnancies with multiples. Good luck!!

Hi. I remember the first time I thought the babies were going to come right out of me. It was around week 20. It got worse till week 29, when I was put on home rest for preterm labor. Since then (the last 5 weeks), it has gotten better...I have gotten much more uncomfortable in my abdomen, and it's hard to move. However, I don't feel as much pressure down south...I think that's because I'm not moving around as much, though. Anyway, good luck!!!
