Preemie twins talking later?

My sisters twin boys are turning 2 in 4 months and 8 days (however they were 10 weeks preemie) and they have not started talking yet (my sisters my brothers and myself all started talking at the age of one) but my sisters boys can't get past up mum dad and tah Why is that

Each child develops differently. Just because you spoke early doesnt mean that they will. Preemies sometimes have development issues. If your sister is concerned about their development than she can go see a speech therapist to have them evaluated.
