Pain and Sleep Problems in Twin Pregnancy

(Oceanside,ca )

My sister is having twins she is 5 months and she is having trouble sleeping. The bigger baby is right below her rib cage and when the baby moves around she feels so much pain. I feel so bad that I cant do anything for her and I was hoping that there was something she can do before bed or some way she needs to sleep so she wont have pain?.

Recliner is the way to go!
by: Anonymous

I am 26 weeks pregnant with twins and I have been sleeping in a recliner since 12 weeks... I can't sleep in bed because my side gets numb and I constantly toss and turn...I sleep with a preggo pillow (in the recliner), a pillow for my head, and one under my feet..its like sleeping on clouds...wonderful!

help with sleep
by: Anonymous

Im 36 weeks pregnant with my first twins, the two things that help me sleep is lots of pillows and walking. I take walks around the grocery store for bout half and hour so I can wear myself out. as the babies grow, its too painful to move around so i lay on my side with a pillow between my knees, under my stomach and two under my head so im tilted upward so I can breath! hope it helps some
