Well having twins was never something I imagined. I found out I was pregnant with twins and honestly, I cried for like 4 months. I was scared! Besides the fact that I was 36, and thought how am I ever going to be able to take care of 2 babies and my 7 year old son, (at my age)! I had just started to get used to having two step sons. Well I took it one day at a time.

I tried to think of all the things that were going to be COOL and NEAT-O about having twins. How they would have each other and how they would love each other, and how that twin bond was going to be special. Ha Ha Ha!!! Ya know what? I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to love two babies at the same time. I thought I would drive myself crazy if I felt the way I felt about my 1st son. I was so overly protective of him. How would it be possible? From the moment I laid eyes on them my heart was filled with love. It was never anything I had imagined. I couldn't get enough of them, and even felt like having one could have never been enough! CRAZY, right?

They are one and a half now and they bite each other and pull hair and really give me a run for my money. They don't really play together much and there are definitely jealousy issues at the moment. I say all the time, "If only I had a manual!" ha ha ha! I'm sure the twin bonding has already started, but I'll have to wait just a little longer to really see that. My life has really changed since the twins, I've changed, and just as my first son made me a stronger person, the twins have made me stronger than I'd ever imagined I could be.

All my children are my life, and I gotta say, "I LOVE MY LIFE!" I'm going to post their picture as soon as I'm done writing this. Kenneth is 2 minutes older than Connor. They both have my red hair, and I think my stubborness along with it. The one thing I can say for certain is There is not a day that goes by that I don't thank God for thinking I am worthy of having these wonderful souls in my life.
