I'm facing the same dilemma..

One of my boys is staying about 2 weeks behind. We are seeing perinatal specialists about this, but we have not gotten any concrete solutions yet. The smaller twin also has less fluid.

It's normal

I think its completely normal to worry about this the entire pregnancy, I did. If you are comfortable with your doctor and the practice, and they aren't concerned, I would trust them, and not worry yourself too much--hopefully they would let you know and take the necessary precautions when you would actually be at a point that it matters. I was getting so many u/sounds b/c mine were identical and everytime one baby was smaller, but even though they might mention it, they never seemed as concerned with me and reminded me that growth is what matters-not comparison, but they've dealt with many many more pregnancies than I have (my only one).

Hello, it is normal for them to be at different growth levels, however, you did not specify how far about they are. I have identical twin boys and for the most part they are within 2-3 days apart however twice they have been over 10 days apart and my dr is keepin an eye on them.
how far apart are yours?

Totally normal

It is common to have your twins grow at different rates. You should read up on Twin to twin transfusion, though, just to be sure of what signs to watch for.
My boys were 4lbs. 6oz. and 6 lbs.13 oz. at birth. Quite a difference. But since I stayed pregnant for 37 weeks, I was able to bring them both home from the hospital with me.
