Not feeling babies move in twin pregnancy?

by amanda jones
(batemans bay)

Hi my name is Amanda I'm currently 14 weeks and 3 days pregnant with twins, I found out I was having twins at 13 weeks, before I had my ultrasound I was feeling the baby kick { now babies } on a regular basis, now days after I had my scan I'm feeling nothing... is that normal for it to go away like that? And at what stage is it normal to feel them moving about ?

I felt the twins move around 18 weeks. It feels like little butterflies or bubbles. 13 weeks is still very early to be feeling them...it could have been gas. If you are worried I would contact your doctor.

Congrats on your twin pregnancy!

Babies moving!
by: Kristin

I started feeling our girls move at about 14-15 weeks and it felt like gas bubbles or gurgling. Maybe you were feeling gas before because I think it is kind of early to feel them kick. At 14 weeks they are still pretty tiny! I would say though that if you are worried call your doctor. It's better to be safe than sorry! Good Luck
