My saving grace in raising twins
by Shayne
The best advice I can give anyone on raising multiples is that a schedule can save your life. I'm 21 years old and my boy/girl twins are almost 7 months old now. We've had a schedule for about 5 months. It gives me my alone time before daddy gets home from work and it gives the twin babies a full nights sleep. Even if they do get back up... they still reach about 6 hours of sleep in one stretch. We eat our baby food, get a bath, get a bottle, and are off to dream land every night around 9pm. A schedule can change anytime there are interruptions, like teething or shots. But its crucial that you stay on it... do whatever it takes to get back to it. For their sleeping habits and for your sanity.
