My belly 14 months after twin girls :[

I had twin girls about 14 months ago. I had them via emergency c-section so I have a vertical incision scar. One weighed 3 lbs 11 oz and the other weighed 5 lbs 1 oz. I love my twins more than life itself and I wouldn't want my life to be anything else than it is, but I still would love to get rid of this ugly tummy! I've been working on it off and on since they were about 6 weeks old but nothing seems to work. If anyone has any tips I would LOVE to hear them!
