I had twins. I was turning from one side to another at night to feed and comfort the babies lying one at each of my sides, then it dawned on me.....my breasts were big enough to feed both while lying on my one side. Babies head to head. If I became uncomfortable on my one side, I go to the other side of the bed and ly down on my other side and turn babies when starting to want to suckle again. It works like a charm when boobs are big enough and you and babies are co-sleeping. It has worked so good in my case, that I even give my fast feeds during the day one my side with both babies head to head.
