raising twins

losing my hair?

by Katie
(St.Mary's Ontario)

My twins are 4 months old and now my hair is falling out? Is this normal ? Will it grow back? I'm started to get worried.
Thanks

Thanks for writing Katie! Believe it or not, having hair loss is totally normal for a lot of women at this stage. Your hair's thickness will return. What happens during pregnancy is that you lose far less hair than normal, so this is just nature balancing itself out. You're just losing the hairs that were scheduled to fall out during your pregnancy. Don't worry - it happened to me with all my pregnancies and it always grew back.
