leg cramps in twin pregnancy?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant with twins and boy I get the leg cramps while I am in bed, does anyone get them? How do u stop them from hurting? My husband rubs the leg for me or I get up and walk a bit.

Having muscle cramps and figety legs can mean you are low on calcium. Supplements helped me.

I had leg cramps in the last trimester of my pregnancy too, all that worked for me was taking warm baths. And make sure you are drinking lots of water dehidration can cause cramps! Sorry, I can not be more helpful, but remember it will be over soon,
