IUGR and placental insufficiency in one twin...

by Sara
(Sand Rock, AL)

Help!! I need advice on what to do next...one of my twin boys is smaller than the other and we are looking at IUGR and placental insufficiency with too little amniotic fluid. My twins are fraternal, but their placentas are side by side and I am afraid Riley (my small boy) is not getting enough oxygen and nutrients. I am 24 weeks today and I go to the doctor again Wednesday and I want to be armed and ready with questions for my OB/Gyn. Has anyone else dealt with this scenario as well??

Thank you dearly, Sara!
