I am 23 weeks pregnant with twins and I am having cramps and a very
hard belly should I be worried?

If you ever have questions about what is going on with your body while pregnant, you shouldnt hesitate to call your OB.

You sound like you might have an irratable uterus. Symptoms are false contractions, hardening of the belly and short of breath. Make sure you are staying hydrated and drinking plenty of fluids. Staying hydrated will help the irratable uterus. Dehydration is not good for you or the twins. It can cause pre mature labor.
