Getting 3 year old twins to sleep




I have trouble getting my twins to lay down for nap time and bed time.... they are three and want to play - any thoughts?

I also have 3 year old twins. What works the best for me is to put them in different rooms at nap time. I keep my daughter in her bed and I let my son sleep in my bed. It's only at nap time that I have the problem of getting them to sleep. Bed time is a piece of cake. They share the same bedroom but fall fast asleep as soon as they are tucked in.
