feeling movement with a twin pregnancy?

I am 17 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins. Yesterday, I had deep pressure next to my belly button; like a baby pushing out, real hard. I have no other symptoms and have NOT felt them move so far. Can this be just one of the babies moving around?
I have had a previous pregnancy and the babies movement never felt like this.
