fast labor with twins?

Babies #4 and #5 - Ok so I know you all can't tell the future but I am just a little concerned with this. My 1st baby I was in labor for 6 hours, 2nd 3 hours and 3rd 1 hour, so my question is will I even make it to the hospital to have the twins????!
