Do you think this is twins in this ultrasound picture?

Do you think this is twins in this ultrasound picture?

I am 5 weeks 1 day in this picture. The peri'natoloist said he only saw one gestational sac and the other one he wasnt sure. He said it could be too early.... and made it sound like he didn't know how to read the U/S......But the PA at my OBGYN's office said the second one looks like there is a sac growing in there....what do you think? Could it be twins?
