car seats for twins?

I have a Saturn VUE (mid size SUV). Can I fit two infant car seats for the twins plus another car seat for my one year old. I am concerned that I need a special car seats or that I need to change cars.

I have a similiar situation, I have a Kia Sorento which is also a mid-size suv and we had to get Baby Trend infant seats and a sunshine kids car seat for my 2 year old. They were the only ones that would fit in the back of our car. We put the 2 year old in the middle and the babies on the sides. Babies R us and Buy Buy Baby let you try them out to see if they will fit in your car, which was very helpful for us.

Car seats for Twins/ Vue car

I also have a Saturn Vue. You can fit two car seats (car seat carriers) in a the vue. I have one behind the the passanger side and the other in the middle. The vue has latches built into the seat to hook the car seats into. I use the hooks for the middle seat and the seatbelt for the passanger side seat. I also have an 8 year old son who can fit in behind the drivers side (not in a carseat). Thank god her does not need a car seat or else we would have been buying a bigger car. I love my vue it fits the double stroller and my sons wheelchair. Out twins are now 6 month and we are looking at having to get bigger seats so when we went to babies r us we asked to try the seats in our car. They allowed us to take them to our car and "try" them out. I hope this helps.
