I would talk with your doctor. He/she would know better than anyone.

Having twins is alot of work and very expensive. Having a singleton and having twins is apples and oranges. With one baby...its one mouth to feed, one diaper to change, when one sleeps at least you can get some rest. But with twins its two mouths to feed, two diapers to change, two babies to put down to sleep and when one is sleeping the other may be up. We went through 250 diapers in just one month. We go through a can of formula in a day and a half. And at $28.00, it gets pricey. Two cribs, two car seats, double of pretty much everything.

So what I am saying here, make sure you think about the whole picture. Having twins is NOT like having a singleton. Its twice the work and twice the love!
