Both babies are breech - will 1 turn?

I am pregnant with twins, and both are currently breech (one is Frank). I'm already 30 weeks, and the Dr.'s are getting concerned that one should be making it's move head down by now. I want a vaginal delivery, and they tell me all I need is 1 of them to be head down. I gave birth in Jan. 0f 2008 as well, but she was head down already at this point.

C-Section

If your babies don't cooperate & you end up with a c-section, I'd just like to tell you that I had a c-section (37 weeks with two boys) and it went very smooth. I had a spinal, and therefore couldn't walk for about 24 hours. That was really the only inconvenience. I had no pain (that came later when the nerves were growing together again) and was taking the boys out and about by two weeks.

Breech

I am week 33 with twins baby a is head down and baby b was head down but is now breech. The Drs. said that nothing is final until about week 35 and they can always turn baby b after baby a is out. I wouldn't worry about it. Good Luck!
