Belly after Twins + 1 Pic....

belly after twins

belly after twins

My twins are now 18 months and have an almost 3 month old daughter and this is my belly. Used to have a flat tummy and now I know I'll never get it back. After the twins my belly actually started to flatten quite a bit and stretch marks faded too but found out I was pregnant when my twins were like 7 months old.

Guess that's what 3 babies in 2 years does to you. I'm only 22 and I'd kill to have my old body back. It's been depressing trying to get used to a bigger size and a hideous naked body but I always try to remember that my body helped 3 beautiful babies grow in the midst of a teary depressed state. It may be hard to get used to but I always know that my girls love me for being their mommy and I love them for being my girls. I would never give it back in a million years.

That's not soo bad....

I hope I look that good afterwards !!
If I can that'd be ok.
I thought it could look worse. My first pregnancy, 30yrs. old now 5 1/2 months and watching the belly grow wondering... whats my figure going to be like when these twins are out? Everybody already could see my stomach early at work and gave me the evil eye, I've already had to re-work my wardrobe to try to hide the baby bump more during interviews,, but I need the money. Man the time flies quick!!
I had a great body and abs all thru my 20's til now so god,,, hope I'm left with just that! a c-sections scare is ok too.. just something I could work with..can't wait to be able to run again.
The magazines all encourage not exersizing with multiples.. so I'm going nuts!! have had to take up time discovering new hobbies and healthy walking, reading or cooking cleaning looking around homey item stores... so it's good to I suppose if I keep the healthy lifestyle going afterwards and am more in touch with my feminine side and taking better care of myself. Another plus, they may be out earlier... if the doctors recommend... thank god! something back for all the double morning sickness and faintness the first trimester!! and all the stares I'm getting at my belly! (do I really look that young for my age, do I really look that poor) * People ~I can't help it I found out past 3months, and my belly grew so fast!!
Oh and there arn't any maternity stores in the area or the local mall or walmart.

You'll be fine
by: LIeucretia

I know it sucks right now but I'm sure you're body will bounce back, it's only been a few months. Your poor body and belly have been through a lot the last two years. I bet in a year your tummy will be flat again and your stretch marks will be faded. Your lucky your so young, your body will DEFINITELY bounce back being 22. It's just going to take a little longer this time than it did the last. You'll be a sexy mama again in no time, I'm super positive about that!! Just stay away from the freaking mirror for a few months, you're only going to depress yourself. Then when you look in a month you'll be like WOW, my stomach really went down!

tons of time to return to 'normal'!
by: Amy

If you've had twins and another little one, your poor skin is stretched out at the moment. But you can tell you're a smaller person and you are so young! At 22 you have tons of time and elasticity. Don't worry for a minute about it. Enjoy your little ones while they are little, and you'll get your body back later.
Take care!
