bedtime with twins

Any tips for a better bedtime routine? I'm trying everything but naps and bedtime are taking me to my end. I'm completely held hostage to the house due to the twins schedule and tantrums.

Bedtime with Twins
by: Maddy

I have twin boys, they are 2. the best thing to do is always have a set bed time, we out ours to bed at 6.30pm each night. I would have them in their Pjs for 5.30pm and give them milk and let them wind down till6.30pm.I would put them up to bed and they did use to cry, but we left them and after a few days they would be put in their cot andjust got cosy ready for bed...no tears. Establish what time you want them to go to be, then an hour before, get them ready and give them their milk. They will associate this with sleep time.Do not go in their room once they have been put to bed. Hope this helps Mady
