Almost 10 weeks pregnant with twins

Found out that we were pregnant with fraternal twins at 6.5 weeks. It was quite a shock! My grandma is a twin but other than that no real reasons to increase my risk of having twins. We have a son who is 21 months now so it will be our 2nd and 3rd.
