6 months post partum Twin Skin

I gave birth to Fraternal Twin Boys 6 months ago. This is my abdomen now...not too bad considering I gained 54 lbs!! Pre- twin pregnancy I was 176 lbs. The day of my c-section I was 230 lbs. Now 6 months later I am 185 lbs. So I have lost a whopping 45 lbs...YAY!!! I will be honest I don't eat 3 meals a day. Mostly once or twice. The only exercise I do are crunches and squats.

The Twins are now 9 months old and I weigh 165 pounds now which is less than my prepregnancy weight of 176 pounds!! I am so happy. I will be posting my 9 month PP Twin Skin as soon as I get a moment to take the picture. Thanks for all the positive comments.
