29 weeks pregnant with twins and having lower abdominal pain

I'm 29weeks pregnant with twins now and often feel dull pain very low in the abdomen and around to my hips. Is this just more ligament pain? I remember the earlier ligament paint being a more shooting, and fleeting pain when sneezing or coughing. This is more dull and lingers a minute or 2. it happens nightly when I'm still and quiet.

I would say yes it is more stretching. I had a similar feeling with my twins. However, you should be seeing your doctor regularly now, and could ask him/her, just to be safe.
