22 weeks pregnant with twin boys and scared.

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with twins - boys. I have a daughter who is 1 year and 2 weeks old I have a Chronic Liver disease and as well Cholistasis In Pregnancy which is another liver disorder that women get only when they are pregnant that will cause still birth if not delivered by 37 weeks or earlier. My liver is also already very damaged due to the liver disease I already have and my Doctor told me that when I was 17 weeks that If i wanted to I was still in time for a abortion due to having these twins could cost my life because she had told me that twins put to much pressure on the liver and that it would cause Liver failure and there would be nothing they can do to save my life.

I was terrified and very upset because they were basically telling me everything could go horribly wrong or everything could be totally fine like with my first pregnancy but that they had to tell me my risks, I decided to stay with the twins because I do have a lot of faith in God and now trying to stay as positive as I can knowing that at any day something could happen to me but I'm still here and trying to be strong for my wonderful husband daughter and family that I love very much even though at times I do get very scared and need someone to talk to to if you have any advise please comment here.
