18 weeks pregnant with twins

This is my first pregnancy and we were surprised to find out that we are having TWINS!
My boyfriend says I look pregnant, but I don't feel that I look that big for twins. Am I crazy?

You're not crazy

I'm pregnant with twins, and don't look that big at all. I figured I'd be showing more by now (almost 18 weeks). This is my first pregnancy too. I've read that people don't show as quickly with their first pregnancy.

I am 18 weeks pregnant and also not shoiwng much. Sometimes I feel bigger than other times but no where near as big as some of the pics I've seen on the web. I have felt some movement over the past 10 days but then it stops for a few days and I really panick. I'm stressing so much it's making me feel ill. Need to know they're ok.

I was so glad to come across your picture:) I am also carrying twins and I am starting my 15th week and just feel like my stomach should be so much bigger. I was getting worried, but seeing your picture makes me feel so much better! It is possible to have twins and just not be showing as much... Thank you!

Hey!
I'm 26 yrs and in my first pregnancy also, we didn't find out until 20 weeks but I didn't even really start to show until 21+ weeks. Both our boys are around 4+lbs now and I am holding at 32 weeks! Unfortunately they diagnosed me with a thining cervix at 25 weeks and pulled me from work for bed rest. Alas I'm still on bed rest so no money coming in on my end of things. My advice to you is make sure they monitor that earlier on so you can be prepared. Not everybody has it but if they would have had some other exam to compare my 25 week one to they may not have overreacted so soon. However I am not sorry to be on bed rest, anything to keep my boys happy in the womb until their ready I'm game...good luck, you look great btw
